The latest addition to Handicare’s straight stairlift portfolio, this model has the slimmest straight stairlift rail on the market enabling it to be placed close to the wall.
Thanks to its four drive rollers and its revolutionary friction rail system instead of a traditional tooth track, the Handicare 1100 is quiet, incredibly smooth and very easy to maintain.
This top-of-the-range model has a compact rail which leaves a lot of free space on the staircase for other stair users. An optional power swivel seat and power footplate are also available.
The top of the range model boasts one of the slimmest straight stairlift tracks on the market, making it minimally intrusive in a household where people are walking up and down stairs.
There is also an optional power swivel seat and power footplate. The weight limit of 18st can also be increased to 31 ½ stone with an additional heavy-duty kit.

This model has convenient features such as a choice of upholstery colour to match your interior décor and a continual charging track. A powered footrest and powered swivel seat are also available, enabling you to raise the footrest or swivel the chair at the touch of a button.
It also has Handicare’s exclusive slide track option, which automatically moves the track clear of any obstacles while the stairlift is moved into a parked position, making it ideal for hallways where access is required through doorways close to the staircase.

The 950 is our simplest and most affordable option for straight stairs. This model has a manual swivel seat and footrest as well as the usual features such as safety sensors, seatbelt and ergonomic toggle. A slide or hinge track is also available. This model also has a perch seat option for very narrow stairs or customers who are unable to bend their knees.
Its stylish neutral upholstery is wipe-clean and flame retardant.
